Hey just sayin' hi. I do have a pretty valid question though; I've got this roomy who always feels the need to disarm me. It doesn't matter if his target for the night is in the bag or not. Nor does it seem to matter if I'm the only other person in the room, or if we're throwing a party. Is he just intimidated and I probably need some sort of stronger connection to disarm him by being a better friend? --Frosty

he's trying to AMOG you. I dont know much about countering AMOG, franky it rarely happends to me i'm just to friendly and befriends everyone. But he's trying to play that game on you. Theres some routine you can use to counter his AMOGing. Do a search and you'll find plenty. Alot of great minds on this forums that will be willing to help you out. Let me know how it goes.

Don't let him drop your value, the best thing to do in most cases if he tries to AMOG you in public is agree with him; this is the "Tom Cruise" Disarm Neil Strauss uses at the end of the game.

The "Tom Cruise" method is decent, but if the guy tends to be an arrogant prick he may just jump on your more, which may happen in some cases. I find an easy way to disarm someone previously described is to make them uncomfortable. This will vary from person to person, but generally if you don't know them that well you can quickly disarm them and throw them into a state of awkwardness. Although the guy your talking about is your room mate should make it much easier yet a bit more difficult at the same time. Able to pick out some of his flaws...but having to continue living with him may prove to be difficult. Good luck in your future endeavors.
