I live and work overseas (Tanzania) and really am looking to develop my game beyond the usual moves. I can approach, though usually need a few beers first or a good wing, but have recently been having close-anxiety. I seem to be spending too much time in my head and only last week totally walked away from what could have been one of my best pulls yet (IOIs up the wazzoo) and now can't stop thinking about it. I'm not really a PUA by any token of the imagination, but can do it if I just get out of SNAG mode. I'm ready for something serious, but seem to be freezing up during the close. Any anecdotes/suggestions welcome.
