Hi all.

It's time that I did more than just read this stuff. So here's a beginning, maybe this will help force me into action. On the flip-side, as experiments go, if I can succeed here it should bring hope to a load of others.

I'm 47 and have really only just discovered that I get a huge kick out of a more social life....think of it as a middle-age crisis, or just as something of an awakening. My younger life was limiting in many ways...early religious taboos about sex, an early marriage (successful in all ways other than physical) etc etc.

More recently, I've spent a lot of time travelling and hate staying alone in my hotel room, so I've started cultivating conversations in bars and restaurants, some of which have led to far more! So, judge me if you will, but I'm starting to catch up on an early single life that I never had....and here I am.

I don't know if this will end up ultimately as a way to learn more about relationship management and inner game (with the missus) or if it will just help my game in foreign lands but I'm already having a blast.
