Hi, I'm Inigoswordfish I'm a 30yo living in Bangor, Maine.
I had an easy time meeting girls when I went to college the first time, had a lot of fun, interesting experiences, and sort of ended up getting into a lot of short term relationships only to be dissolved when I got clingy and found to not be as interesting as they initially thought. (I guess classic AFC one-itis)
I had some long term relationships that were basically dissolved for the same reasons after progressively longer periods of 4 months, then 9, two years, three years and then another nine month.
All of these relationships came from just being around and meeting a lot of people and then hooking up with a girl I kept seeing running in an adjoining social circle mainly work or from sports team parties.

As I get older and the girls in the College town I live in stay the same age I have a bit of social anxiety which is why I'm here.
I can't get a 2nd day since I'm terrified of being seen as old and creepy to the college girls and somehow not sophisticated enough for the women my age.

I found out about this community when looking into sales techniques and thought this could help me in my job which I have subsequently lost, but it is still intriguing to be able to meet people and get out of the house.

I'd just be another statistic if I said that after college, your social life is going to dwindle. But that's what happened.

I'd like to use PU as part of a path towards making me a better person and interacting with people on my terms instead of being the other man in women's infidelities towards their pair bond partners.
Its gotten me into some sticky situations, and I foresee myself most likely getting into those situations a lot more but at least it would be my choice in a way.
