What's up fellow PUA's and PUA's in training.

This is my first post but I have been keeping my eye on this forum for a little over a year now and it has been very helpful. I know the sticky says not to give you a full story but what kind of PUA would I be if I couldn't tell stories...

About a Year ago I broke up with my girlfriend that I had for a year and a half. She was a HB9. No worries... secretly I wanted to be single which is probably the reason the relationship hit the fan. This was right before my last year at college. When I look back now it was VERY GOOD TIMING. I read a lot of material on this site to sharpen up my game before going back to school. A year and half out can leave you rusty. I went to school and did well. F-closed 9 girls including my ex-girlfriend haha. I graduated in May and have been back in my hometown of White Plains, NY. I have learned very quickly f-closing girls is not as easy as it was in college. My game still needs a lot of work. That's where I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

Ok what I've basically learned so far is that f-closing usually takes about 5 steps.
1) Opening
2) Building Attraction
3) Comfort
4) Seduction
5) Close

I don't wanna sound cocky but I feel I have the last 3 steps down pat. I'm very good at getting a girl comfortable, esclating kinos into seduction and finally finding the right moment to close. This is not my problem. My problem is step 2. And transitioning from step 1 into step 2.

Building Attraction requires a lot of material In my opinion. It involves a lot of storytelling that demonstrates higher value. Now the one thing I really don't want to do is tell fake stories. I don't mind exaggerating the truth a little bit, as long as it has some truth behind it. I'm not going to talk about my vacation in the hamptons scuba diving with 10 HB 10's when that shit really didn't happen. So my question is...

How do I transition into building attraction?

Should I modify my own stories to have DHV spikes?

What games can I play with girls to build attraction?
