Be it his clothing, the way he moves, walks, and holds himself, or what he says to who he says it to and how he says it; even the PUA's mental state and mental conditioning are part of his game (his internal game).
I believe the area of game you're asking about is a PUA's verbal game. These are the conversational skills a PUA uses to build comfort, attraction and desire for him in his target. This is composed mostly of an opener, fluff talk, DHVs (Demonstration of Higher Value), attraction building routines, sometimes NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) routines, and a close. Not all of the things listed consist entirely of words, most have kinostetic (touch) elements involved in them. Also no verbal game is complete without the inner game to back it up. No matter what you say, if you deliver it in a nervous, awkward, unsure way, she will pick up on that and it will be a DLV (Demonstration of Lower Value) at best, or completely turn her off at worst.
