Hello everyone, glad to see the community is growing and that more people are getting into the world of dating and are sharing their ideas for the benefit of all.

My name is Alistair and I work for PUA Training. I have been practicing for three years, and I have been coaching guys on how to approach and various other skills related to dating for two years.

I was introduced to the seduction community at the same time as Gambler. Those of you who have read his book will know that we are cousins and that we both got into 'the game' when we ran into Tyler Durden that fateful day in Starbucks, Leicester Square.

I am an advocate of the 'natural' style of approaching women and socialising. I think of 'natural' as being more realistic. I do however think that routines can be good in the beginning to get you started. When I say 'natural' though, do not think that I mean 'without technique', quite the contrary, I think techique and understanding is key. The techniques need to be applied casually, so as that communications have a natural flow and don't seem rehearsed, manipulative, or fake. More on this in future posts.
