I find that some nights I find it really hard to get myself in the mood, this frustrates me because there are some nights when I`m absolutely on fire with regards to picking up girls, so I know I have the ability but more often I really struggle to get myself "on it!!"
Any methods would be very much appreciated...I`m new to the game

An observation made by a PUA once (perhaps it was Vin Dicarlo, can't remember) was, do you ever notice how sometimes you can approach and open without any issue? Feel great about the conversation and just keep it going without much work? And other days it's a struggle? He says it has more to do with Inner Game, and beyond that, your mood. If you're generally in a good mood, and optimistic, you're more likely to succeed. If you're feeling down on yourself, good luck trying to get a girl's number.

So my question is, on these days that you can't get yourself "in the zone", are you usually beset with something stressful or negative?

Usually i perform the best when i get alot of sleep the night before and i workout that day. After that i feel more relaxed and PUA. Sometimes you can watch a good movie like Fight Club or Top Gun to get you in that badass PUA mode. Another thing ive noticed, atleast for me is that if i open a set right when i get the the target rich area things just keep rolling after that.
