Good evening all, I'm relatively new to the world of pick up and stumbled across this site tonight while browsing.
I'm from England across the pond, 18 and about to go to University. I've done a fair bit of scouring on the internet and used some of the methods I've read/heard about on Friday night. For a first go it was pretty successful - got 1 number close and 1 kiss close; bearing in mind that I would never normally approach any women in a night out I was really happy with myself. On top of that I spent way less money on drink and had a far better time.
BUT I know I can improve massively. I'm a fairly good looking guy (or so I have been told), I've had a couple of girlfriends over the years (nothing serious though) and I am a brilliant bull-shitter thanks to 4 years of debating. I never had a problem getting with girls when I was 15/16 because, to be frank, it was like shooting fish in a barrel. But turning 18 and going to the 'big-boys' clubs has proved a real challenge and for the last 6 months I've been floundering in 'no-action ville.' Reading about all these methods has really given me the confidence to approach women again and Friday night showed me that it really wasn't that hard - these girls wanted to be approached!
Now I basically want to tighten my game up as much as possible and hopefully with the help of you guys that will be possible.
Sorry for the long post but all this stuff really excites me and it's comforting to know that my romantic future is now far brighter - particularly as I will be living in London from September!
