Hey guys! Im new to the whole pua thing. I have some huge goals to reach, and could use some tips. I have to work on the three second rule thing. Any advice?

Goals are good - just make them attainable. Break them down so you can track your progress and this can serve as your motivation.

RE three second rule - what is there to work on? Here's your line of thought:

"She looks nice - I can't believe she loves me already. Shit 2 seconds left! GOGOGO"
