how i came to be here in brief. was single untill i was 33 (gulp!) then finaly got a girl on the rebound to go out with me but was dumped 6 months later. a few weeks later she asked my forgiveness so we could try again then after 2 months she dumped me by text again! decided to try online dating but had no more luck there than i did in pubs then on one dating site forum pua's where mentioned. intreagued i put pua into google and my eyes where opened to what a loser chump i had been and set out to change.

Just read your intro, I feel for you man. Sounds like you really need to learn some of the stuff on offer in this community. I am am a newbie too, and recently discovered the adundance of amazing (e)books, video seminars, audio lectures and workshops, etc etc. taken and written written by many different people who are all at the top of their game, so to speak.

The more you read, the more you come to realise that it's not just about picking up women and opening lines, but about the psychology and natural inbuilt instincts of humans, and by understanding what is really going on, you can play the game on an even pitch, then later, tilt it in your favour.

Try David deAngelo, Mystery and Neil Strauss for starters. They all focus on similar principles, looking not just at "pick up" and "seduction" techniques, but more importantly on self growth and developing your inner game, (which involves loosing your "inner wuss"and becoming a real man, and start taking the lead in situations), which will in turn make you more naturally attractive to women as you start to radiate confidence and your true character.

That said, nothing beats hitting the field armed with some proven techniques, and getting on with it.
