Howdy. I'm a big time AFC with confidence issues. (Getting better thou.)
As I've read on it looks like I have a BAD case of approach anxiety. (Think near panic attack level stuff LOL.) However the 30 minutes for 30 days thing sound like it ought to iron that out, so I've started.
Not really that relevant I guess but I practice Aikido and despite being somewhat badass in my own right I'm no great shakes. I ride and race motorcycles, and I'm an amateur stunt pilot. (Yeah none of these is as panic inducing for me as my approach anxiety.)
Anyways I'm dedicated to this because of two reasons:
1. Like many AFCs I'm very, very fed up.
2. I've fought back my fear and panic in my other pursuits, and that's what allowed me to enjoy these things serenely. I'm not ok with defeat.
