I've uncovered something (ok, maybe not, but it is new to me). The Playboy advice section. There are a lot of good questions in there that can be turned very easily into openers. For example, one that I have field tested with good results is about a married friend who has a female friend that he text messages with all day. He says she's just a sounding board for him. How much is too much? Is this cheating, etc. Then, there are a lot of sexual questions that I think can be worked in once you've already started that line of conversation.
Another awesome section of Playboy is the party jokes. They're usually of a sexual nature, which helps transition into sex talk. I'll write more once I've done more field testing.
