Hi, I'm 38 and used to be pretty good at picking up women when I was younger, but somehow lost my confidence along the way. I think I got too arrogant and then after getting married and having kids, I wanted to convince people that I was a nice guy and went too far overboard and became a nice guy/friend type and that messed up my confidence. I've been reading on this pickup stuff and so far am 1 for 1, but I need alot of work..........
Here is what I've accomplished , but I had the help of my wife. There is a hot woman that works with her, rich and snooty. She got a new Suv and was behind me one day. While I was talking to my wife on the phone I asked if she was behind me the other day in a black SUV. She was like, yeah that was me but was offended because the SUV was actually dark blue, not black. Next time I saw her, I told her she should have went with the blue SUV rather than black told her she would have looked hotter driving a blue SUV and so she joking started saying I was color blind. So we jokingly argued on the color. Then after that, she started asking my wife questions about me more and more and flirting with my wife. Once she found out I'm not as nice as I appeared she seemed to get more interested. They got to talking more about sex and my wife told her she liked to do 3 somes and watch me with other women. So we have a 3 some lined up as on probably Monday now. This was all from reading a pua site.
I have a long way to go. My wife actually closed it for me.lol
I'm completely confident in the bedroom and once I've slept with a woman, its just the getting there part. I've lost my confidence in talking to woman and am horrible with small talk. Like I saw a woman in the store struggling with about 25 flower pots bent over with plue g string up to her neck and I say nothing, then when I get out I think, I could have said, you'll never remember to water that many plants etc.
I'm just not quick thinking. SO I appreciate your help.

I guess to start on pua, the first thing you've gotta have is to make up a routine and memorize some good openers. That will help you to start conversations, and to move a little foward with the conversation.

Like, you've seen that girl on the flower store, and you had thought about a good line after got out there. Instead, you could opened the conversarion with another line, and the use that speech you made up later ( when you're talking, things incredible pop up on your mind).

When you are in a club, you see lots of girls sets and say:

"Oh! Seems we have another party right here..." This will help to open up the set.
This line could be used in any situation, so in a flower store when you see a girl with lots of flower. Or in a bar you see a girl with lots of drinks, you could say:

"Oh! Seems we have another flower store (bar) right here... " The girl will laugh absolutely, then you can start over a conversation... This is a line I tried on a library, on a baker store, and it works every where...

Try to open more conversations, that will allow you to regain your confidence....
