Here lies my first post and the start of my serious dedication to being a better person and PUA.

I have been attempting the game of pickup off and on for a little while and so far no luck in regards to getting laid, except for one instance described briefly below.

A little insight into my self now:

Every person that I have slept with I have been in a relationship. I have been in 4 relationships I have this moral block that is making me feel like a fat girl and not wanting to hurt their feelings(If they have any jk). This in turn has me falling into a LFAR (Looking for a relationship) mindset. I then develop a sense of feelings although they shouldn't have developed in the first place.

I am POSITIVE that this issue with the moral B.S will go away after my first time showing a girl a good time w/out speaking to her again.

My GOAL is to enhance myself to a state in which I can position myself to please many women.

I will read/watch whatever material, but I believe having a mentor is the best and fastest way for success. So any advice will be awesome.

Welcome to the forum! That's great that you are taking a positive direction in becoming more serious on bettering yourself and improving your game. The first step is acknowledging the potential you have to become better and seeking help and mentors to elevate yourself to a higher state. You'll find out that not all girls want a serious relationship and that you can still give her the sexual experience she wants when you demonstrate attractive qualities to her. You'll soon view things from a different angle. You'd probably do well to learn from people like Richard "Gambler" La Ruina, and Adam Lyons - stay away from the likes of RSD, unless you're watching their stuff to do with inner game and confidence.

If you stick to this and put the effort in, your life will change. I can promise you that. It's not easy, so there's no point in even trying if you're another guy whose expecting a few pick up lines to fix his life. Either go all out, or give up. Good luck.
