Hey, I'm new to this whole thing. all my life i have been a walkover, needy, seeking validation of others chode. i admit i am an average frustrated chode and this needs to change so im here to seek help and advice to be a better version of me. i have never been good with women. i have let them walk all over me, i have let them use me because i like a girl so much that i would simply do anything for them and they took advantage of me for that. i got upset because i was friends with a girl i liked for so long and they just go with a friend of mine in just minuets. i never new how to handle when an old friend decided to use me to make them look better in front of women. i am always told to lay off a girl because a friend like her when ive liked her for so long and ive never told anyone. also i have been friendzoned so many times i have lost count as ive always been the nice guy or the too nice guy.

all of the above has to change. recently i have been watching some vids from Real Social Dynamics, they have helped me. also i bought and read The Game and loved the book. after reading The Game, i decided to get The Rules of the Game to help me and also The Natural by Richard La Ruina. with these two books im hoping it will help me get started.

is there any other advice to help me on my transformation to a better version of me? where can i find out if any pua in Glasgow Scotland that could help also?

But most important, go out and start talking to anyone about anything that comes to your mind. ANYTHING.

Get out there! No substitute for field experience. Also I know its hard to begin with but stop putting women on a pedestal, adopt the attitude that you can get women any time you want and that you are good for them, women can come and go in your life. Some advise against it but I found fake it til you make it to be a powerful strategy

thanks, great advice. i have a mantra that i heard from one of the RSD vids and though it was great. "there is no reason why im not enough" i try to use it every time i go out wether its to do a job or go and meet people

the friendzone can be a good place if you know how to use it. you can have her introduce you to her friends - thats always fun. if that problem keeps accruing then you need to break rapport more and you need to know when to sexually escalate
