23, average looking, confident with myself in term of having a well paid job, intelligence, etc...but still somehow "managed" to fail when it comes to women. I really looking forward to learn from anybody with good advices.

If you've conquered the most basic step of walking up and saying hi to a woman...Then, will advice be useful to you. If you haven't do that for a while

say hi to strangers while passing in your life. No need to talk. You should focus on short windows to avoid any awkwardness. Do this until you don't experience emotions around the idea of walking up to a stranger and talking.

You say your confident in your accomplishments. Great. Find out what are all of the stages of the male-female mating dance. Then learn the most lethal (or safest) skills to deal with each stage of the game. Play the game.
