I am currently training two new wings from NYC. They just moved to my area about a month ago. I live near Buffalo NY. I gave them 16 books to read. One of them is called The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene. It references examples of seducers, and literature on the subject throughout history, and from many different cultures.
Developing your game is all about who you are, and what you do, and say, and how and when you do it. How you fit that in to cultural experience is just a matter of calibration.
