Hey guys,

I've read a bit of PUA stuff in the past, and used to have no trouble with the ladies; but that has been 3 or 4 years ago now. I've spent the better part of those years with the same woman, and working crazy hours (80-90 hour weeks).

I'm back out there now, and doing "Ok", I guess, but I've definitely lost (or forgotten) what used to be very natural for me. Hopefully you guys can help with that!
