I am in the beginner/intermediate range. I have been going out pretty regularly for a few months now and have gotten a handful of lays. Before I learned pickup I was a virgin, with very limited experience.

Chase does a good job of breaking down many aspects of the game, and provides interesting insight on how to improve yourself along the way. He started me off, I read his website for hours on end until I had a good grasp of the principles. I saw the matrix for what it was, so to speak.
Also the book, "The Game" by Neil Strauss is a must read, you will get a history of the PUA community, and a basic understanding of pick up.
Other books that have helped me are "Rules of the Game" by Strauss, and "The Mystery Method" by Mystery.
Youtube is also an excellent source. Search for David DeAngelo, Mystery, Style, Real Social Dynamics. There are all kinds of resources available for you. Best to absorb a little bit every day so it really sinks in.
Truth is, you can read all you want, but it won't do you any good if you don't actually approach women.
Approach a lot of women, 1000s of them, you will probably get rejected a lot at the start, but then your percentages will start to increase with practice.

Then continue to add one piece of your game at a time. You want to develop a skill set that will last a lifetime. Don't worry about whether you are good at kissing if you can't approach a girl.
