Hello all!

I'm Sai, and currently 30 years old. Never had a LTR before. My friends keep telling me to get a GF, but I'm having trouble with commitment. I want to be free and hate the fact that I have to be locked down with a girl. I want to learn more about girls/women so one day, I could finally settle down. I'm having trouble approaching beautiful women and those with power (like a boss!). I think I've improved, but I need more help in understanding how they think, act, ect... so I can continue to grow both personally and professionally.

Welcome man! I am new as well to the forum. This should be a cake of a transition for you. You do not look for LTR's so half of your battle is won. Many guys who lack confidence around women find that it is because they think too much. That is why Mystery initiated his '3 second rule.' Approach the woman realizing you do not even really want to see her after that night, which is your natural mindset anyway. If she rejects you, you only planned on a night, maybe a couple with her anyway. On to the next one.
