Whatup fellas,

I'm a 24-year-old successful engineer who ditched the introvert's job for a job in asset management where I charm old rich guys. I mention that to basically tell you guys that I'm smart, successful, and witty. I'm not trying to come off as cocky, either. I've never really had the confidence with cute girls, whereas I can make friends in social situations like you wouldn't believe. The intimidation and fear of rejection are insane. Any tips for a guy of my mold would be appreciated.
