Lonely Maestro here. Yes, I really am a musician, music teacher, scholar and music director (of a small ensemble).

I am recently separated after 17 years of what turned out a bad marriage. Singlehood seems to be even worse. I cannot get a date to save my life. Women either are repulsed by me (I dress generally very well, have a well groomed appearance, albeit long hair, and a waxed mustache), or just ignor me altogether. The few that have tried to "fix me up" always wind up giving me their fat friends, because ... well, they can't get a date either, so I shouldn't mind. Online???? Forget it. I have had a nice profile go completely ignored for a year now. The one wingman I had walked off with the girl I had targeted.

I am on the brink of jumping off the USBank building. What the hell am I doing wrong?
