Here Lads,

Bit about me live in the UK spent most my life between here and Ireland, all in all I am pretty decent sort of fella. I have a successful job, financially very secure, nice car, take care of myself physically; I also train Boxing & Muay Thai at least 5 times a week.

BUT I am shite with women when I go out I feel a need a few whiskeys (or 10) to loosen me up my accent becomes so thick no one over here could understand me I just become a terrible drunk therefore I am shite with women when out. I have solely relied on Online dating which has lead me to meet some seriously unstable characters which has further damaged my confidence. I have pretty bad approach anxiety.

I know I sound like a f*cking sop now but I’d appreciate any advice you guys could give me!

Yea I used to get shit faced because I thought it'd help me get laid... and other reasons. I had 4 seizures from getting fucked up then quit for a year. That was around 4 years ago. now I only drink 4 or 5 drinks at most when I go out. My first seizures was from drinking somewhere around 30 drinks in a night.

As you your self described drinking really doesn't help when you want to meet girls. You have to be on point and say the right things. Girls are complicated as fuck.

At one point in my life I was suicidal and smoking way too much weed. a friend recommended I read "the power of now" by eckhart tolle. Shit changed my life completely. Eckhart Tolle is like a human Yoda. Read that shit.

Also read "the natural" by richard luina if you want a good PUA book.
