New to MPUA Forum

Hi guys, I'm kdog345. I'm 21 and go to college in oklahoma. I have read a few things on PUA, but have not fully applied what I've read yet.

I've had 5 girlfriends, one lasted ten months, and the most recent was five months.

I just got out of a painful relationship, she left me for her ex. And that is why I came to the forums to get advice. Still fucked up in the head, and wanting her back but I need to start gaming other girls. I think it will be my best medicine.

My biggest downfall in PU is that I am insecure, and I get emotionally attached to girls very quickly. I am not good at opening and developing attraction. And I'm kinda shy, but not too bad.

I live in an area with far and few girls, but during the semester a lot of babes come to town.

So, where should I start?
