First off, let me say that the forum is a great place for us to learn from each other. I used this forum when I first started out, when I was 18, and it really helped me. I am 21 now.

A little background on me. When I was in high school I was a bit heavy and did not know how to socialize. I had guy friends, but I did not understand women. I thought that in order to get girls and live that rock star lifestyle I had to just be ripped, so in my last semester in high school I got into insane shape. I did poorly in high school so I went to a commuter college (has its benefits). I started off college and even with an above average body I still could not get anything. I was a virgin and had kissed two girls, both when I was 14 (thanks spin the bottle). One day I found out that this below average girl (who I wouldn't go for now) was not only not interested in me, but lied to me. Here comes the last straw, I asked her out on a date and when I finally got her on the phone she said she was busy. Turns out she was sleeping with this dude I knew while I was trying to convince her to say yes. That night I went out and bought the game. Guys, I am telling you, go out and buy it. It is just a foundation, but it is a foundation that your mountain of ability will come from.

Fast forward: I joined a fraternity when I was a freshman, then the Army National Guard. I went back to college after basic training till I got deployed in 2012. I got back from deployment in December 2012. (I have some crazy stories from when I was on leave, but that is for another time. I was gone for a whole year btw)

Since reading the game, I have slept with a dozen women, hooked up (anything that doesn't involve any form of penetration) with probably 25+ and was in a short (but very powerful) relationship with a great girl (helps that she was at least an 8 and has 32DDD tits).

I am still in decent shape. I don't dress very well, but I am decent looking I have been told. I am intelligent and have a good sense of humor, plus I have real life experience (combat zone included). I am not saying that my advice is the be all end all, because it isn't. I am no where near the skill of guys like Mystery. I am just here letting you guys know that if I can help, I will. I know what it is like to have no idea what to do and wondering if this girl will ever call me back.

Now if you will excuse me, I have to get ready for my date with an 8

Your honesty speaks volumes and it's wonderful to hear you're becoming happier. In my opinion, the true artistry involved here is in the 'sculpting' and metaphorical redesign of the person you choose to be; as Nietzsche said, "we are all greater artists than we realize", but in our case we are becoming conscious of this fact and using it to paint a new reality for ourselves.
