Im a motor nut from Taiwan, wanna see if stuff here works in Asian countries.

Asian, 5"8, 168 pounds , rate myself a 7.5 (belly fat) working out to tone to a 8.5(6 pack) and R-afc

Self diagnosed with one-titis and after reading for 2 hours on the various stuff, found out that im a "nice guy"

yikes...! Strive to not make the same mistake twice!

took a look around and gonna do my newbie mission in the mall this coming week , practice makes perfect!!
