i used to follow the pua community a few years ago after reading two books on the subject and in fairness they worked perfectly

im 5'9" and a upcoming natural body builder who lives in london.

when it comes to pick up im not really a "pull loads of women" kinda guy as i tend to just have long relationships one after another, i like the companionship which is probably not really what you all are about

anyway i've recently become single again after a 4 year'er and just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully talk to a few of you about ur experiences and ideas
