This is my first time being since since I was 28, now 9 years later I find myself in a totally different world. I'm an attractive guy, I'm 5'10" around 180, I run and hike and I have a good body. I get looks and smiles all the time. But my issues are I'm too shy and don't know how to approach someone, and even if I did know how I'm too scared. Don't know what to say, do, whatever.

I'm not desperate by any means, I suppose as Christmas gets closer I'll will be. Who knows. My girl and her friends were my only friends, so when we split I lost my friends as well.

But anyway I'm here to find a way to overcome my issues with approaching women, hopefully it will work.
