Hey everyone,

I am a 22 year old nursing student who lives in Massachusetts. I have actually only just started looking into PUA and some related skills. The actual intention, initially, was to learn about cold reading, but I was distracted by this site. Since I have no knowledge of PUA at all, I am hoping that I am in the right place to get started! Outside of that, I am a relatively unusual young adult who spends his time doing almost everything under the sun from playing video games to ''general adventuring''. I also enjoy beer tasting immensely, and think this new skill may come in handy while I am having a pint.

As far as my current skills go, I am an EMT, Certified Hypnotist, and an occasional public speaker. Where PUA fits into this, I suppose I will find out in due time, but I am extremely interested to learn all about it. I am not expecting to become a master over night here, but I would like to learn something practical and applicable sometime soon. After all, I am a big time pragmatist.

I will see you all in the forums!

Hi ST, I'm pretty new myself but I've found lot of good stuff here, you might have to do some seaching around but def worth it.
"The Game" by Neal Stratus I think is a great place to get started it gives you a very good intruduction and insight into the pua world, then get yourself some other books that will go more into the actual learning of pick up.
Look around you should be able to find some good sugestions on that and mayb some more experienced members might help.
I just read "Double your Dating" by David D'Angelo (pretty short, I got through it in 3 days), and i'm currently reading "The Venusian Arts Handbook" by Mystery (a lot of good stuff in it).

-GL mAkon.

Get out in the field and start approaching women you are attracted to.

You will experience Approach Anxiety. To combat it, I would humbly recommend my article about this:

Hey, thanks guys!

I figured there would be a good amount of digging to do. This approach anxiety link is wonderful Stevejabba, and thanks for the book leads mAkon. I will certainly look through all of this and start exploring the forums. It seems there is a heap of information here to sort through a little bit at a time. Thanks again!
