New to MPUA Forum

Hey all, I'm new to this, and really want to be a proper PUA. I'm only 16 years old but I figured the earlier I start, the better il become. Anyway, I think I'm generally quite good with getting chicks, I'm funny, confident etc. But what I don't think I'm great at is approaching a girl straight away and casually talking to her? I mean I can build relationships over time but I want to be like some of the master PUA's I've seen, who can get girls within minutes of talking to them! Any pointers for the new kid? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.
