I have been looking into opening my own legal escort business in the city I live in, Where can I find out what tax forms I need info about payroll, and legality issues regarding escort businesses?

Make sure you talk to an attorney.Stipulate in your contracts(which I hope you will have) that your company is not escort agency, but a referral service.Make sure the contract states that each girl is responsible for her own actions and independent contractors and that your company in no way condones sex in exchange for money or anything that implies it.Make sure you have a witness sign the contract as well.Your contracts will be considered legal and binding.


that along with you'll need a great photographer, web designer, and a good marketing plan. i think this applies to all businesses IMHO. i'm doing it for a computer company i started and i did all the web stuff myself. hit me up if you need any tips on web and stuff.
