Hey guys (and girls, i know your on here too)

long story short my girlfriend broke up with me two weeks ago and after spending too much time feeling scared and sorry for myself i have decided its for the best that i get back in the game :) so im thinking as its just confidence i lack (i remember the lessons and the skills) the basic 30 day challenge?

although it doesn't feel good to be back just yet, i know after this next week it will ;)
