Hi I'm new to the forum.
I read the rules, etc so thought I'd cut n' paste from one of the intro topics to save time;

>how you got into "the game" - I heard about the book "the game" on radio 1 about 18 months ago, then a mate read it about 12 months ago and harped on like it was his version of a bible, I read it about 8 months ago and the info has been swimming round in my brain being analysed ever since.
>how long you've been studying and practicing pickup - Apart from reading "the game" I can't say I've any experience of it. I rarely go out and work with blokes all day, every day so rarely have the chance to interact with a woman, when I do I've kinda forgotten how to even have a simple conversation!
>which pickup method(s) you like to use - N/A. It just happens naturally
>what your hobbies/passions are - Old watercooled VW's (up to about '92) RC cars, motorbikes, Motorsport, Xbox, blah blah, the usual kinda mid-twenties blokey stuff!
>what your goals are - To build my confidence to the point that I couldn't give two fucks about what people/ women think of me, whether it's +ve or -ve, at least it'd be a reaction!
>and whatever back story you wish to share with us. - Had quite a few gf's in the past, had a few flings, one or two one night stands. It always happens when I'm pissed up, but I've got some sort of issue with drinking (the next day when I'm dying of shame- even if I've done nothing but sat in a room on my own, weird eh?).
I tend to struggle with one-itus and after my previous gf dumped me (she wanted to go and fuck loads of blokes- funny story about that) it absolutely destroyed me and ended up severely depressed for a couple of years. I don't EVER want to be back in that position again, it'd be nice to be able to read things a bit sooner and avoid the situation arising. I've since been with a couple of women, but only 3-4 times and never led to anything long-term/ "repeat visits" haha.
I'm pretty open about stuff, very intelligent, extremely good at reading people and situations, giving relevant advice, analysing things to the point of over-analysing, I just have no confidence with women, hot or not. I have no idea why. I'm not looking for a magic pill to "fix" me, I'm aware I have things to sort out, but I've already gone through 1/3 of my life, I don't want to waste the next 2/3 thinking "what-if I could just go and say hello to her...".
So there you have it! Here I am, ready and willing to learn stuff. Also willing to meet up if there's anything going on, I did try searching a bit the other day but returned results for Worcester in USA, which isn't a lot of good to me locally, haha.
