New to MPUA Forum

Hey pua's

I am new to game, i have researched, read and watched a lot of material however its confidence i am lacking. I use to be full of confidence until my relationship ended and cannot seem to pick it back up. Can anyone give me some good tips/books/anything to help? I already gym.
