15 years old is little bit young...
dont get into game atleast 18 i guess...

you should be yourself and get rejected get heartbroken and feel whats it like.

things you should learn is

1. finding yourself. (what kind of person you are, what you like and dont)
2. getting passion (hobby, sport, music)
3. falling in love and get rejected so hard that you want to kill yourself... (few years later you will realize how ridiculous was that)

I'm not saying the guy should go crazy meeting girls but he should start socializing with them, I was lucky and I grew up around women which has made it quite easy for me talking to women in general. The sooner you start talking or socializing with women the easier is going to be for you in the future.
