Hey guys i will keep this intro short. To start coming up with this introduction wasnt even easy, I find myself constantly deleting words to make sure what i say is right. This is one of my biggest problems, I over think or over analyse. Thinking about things to much is good in some cases but not so much when your interested in a girl and want to talk to her. So the biggest problem i then have is killing myself mentally before i even go for the approach. So that why im here, Im here to beat that out of me and of course more importantly learn! Thats why i have called myself the master apprentice, because i am all about learning, im ready to improve my social life.

The next time you enter a club do this:
Before you get a drink, before you leave your jacket, before you look for the hot babes in the club approach the first HB you see. If you approach and you realize shes with her bf, she is not that hot or she tells you to fuck off it is still good, because this exercise is for you.

Do a couple of more things like that in the night and suddently youll see that the woice in your head will go away. But heres the key: you cant go to a club, leawe your jacker, order a beer, look around, chat wiht your friends and then do that. You have already waited to loong, youre in thinking mode now. There will be plenty of time to do all of those things later, the first thing you need to do is act before you can even notice that she is with her bf, or she is so drunk se puked all over herself. This is not about getting her, its about you. And when you do this a couple of times the 4. girl youll talk to, who will be hot, you will youst be relaxed and natural, not owerthinking. So wenewer you think should i do this or that just do anything. Anything!
