If i didn't know better i'd say she's shy. Flirt with her directly, see if it becomes harder for her to make eye contact, if she starts smiling and giggling. I was like "do you mind? i'm trying out this new app!" then i showed her the picture and i was like "wow! you make a very pretty zombie!".
