1 - Raising your self esteem and your self worth will start with you. Stop careing what other people think, do not rely on them for validation or look to them to make you feel better. Peacocking and starting a new style both by dressing in an updated fashion, being hygenic, and carrying yourself in a more positive manner will all help increase your confidence drasticlly. It doesnt stop there though, try and pickup some books on confidence building and inner game.
2 - Daddy issues, we all have them, my suggestion (and im not saying this to put you down because i do it myself), is see a therapist, psychologist, of psyciatrist. This will help you label, indentify and ultimatly overcome your issues.
3 - Anger - this is an easy one, you do what most 'nice guys" do, and thats let shit slide. Someone makes a comment you dont like, touches you a way you dont like, or does something you dont like...its NOT a small deal! Do NOT LET them treat you this way. This doesnt mean get upset with them, but instead learn to counter AMOG, or better yet simply tell them cool and calm that its not acceptable. (my pyschologist got me to understand that bottling up all your little problems and anger makes them come out all at once at some unforseen time when its not acceptable to do so)
4 - Depression - Im not sure if your talking about money problems or emotional problems, in either case your mood is the lens with which you see life through. If you let yourself be upset and depressed everything will seem bad. Find things that make you happy, build a mindset that will keep you happy.
5 - Your already takeing positive steps here. Work out, eat less, and eat at appropriate times (no more midnight snacks). Look for either prescribed meds for acne or work with over the counter to see what helps you with it. I worry only about my face now but woul like to clear my back up sometime soon as well.
Its good you are seeing things in yourself you dont like and NEED (not want), to change. Immerse yourself in the community, immerse yourself in books that will help you improve who you are, and get out there and be social with no expectations. Realise that you are a good person, with valuble traits to others around you.
Read the quote in my sig and understand it, its so simple but such an important part of life. We constantly struggle to be better, but we can be ourselves the whole trip.
Also, you are an intelligent guy, i can tell...you dont NEED us to help you. You need to help you, and youve started doing that. Incorporate whatever help you do get from us into your own self help and just do it.
