HI all

new lurker on here. have been reading much of the advice on here and have been working on many of the points. The main thing I see as being of importance is showing confidence and strength in your character. By this i mean showing to the girls your not overwhelmed by childish insecurities.

me for example have always been a pretty confident and outgoing person in situations i am used to, ie playing sports etc and doing guys things, boxing, martial arts etc. However get me to talk to a hot chick and I would lose my shit couldnt make eye contaact, worried about what to say blah blah...anyway so this site has helped immensely to stop being such a pansy around chicks.

anyways so ive been practicing many of the basic techniques ive read, engaging girls in conversation, strong eye contact, body language etc. Mainly with girls I work with (i dont get many opportunities to meet many women out of work). Anyway over the past weeks i have noticed a number of the women changing the way they behave around me at work. showing IOI''s. Good body language, eye contact, touching etc...so i think its working...

anwway i have a conundrum, there is 3 chicks im fairly interested in at work, one no BF, one has one but seems interested anyway (not sure if im reading her right) and one who is very shy but still seems to be giving signs.

so a few weeks ago while we were out for a work function a bunch of us went dancing afterwoods and two of the girls were being pretty frisky with me on the dance floor. The one with the BF was dancing pretty prevocatively, lots of eye contact and rubbing her ass on the dick etc. which got me thinking....

then the other is dancing with me too still pretty frisky etc. Anyway late in the night she says she'd better head home, I say "no stay" her "if i stay ill end up in trouble"

me "trouble with who?"
her "with you"
this caught me by surprise but i blurt out for her to stay and ditch the rest of peeps we were with - next thing her and the other one get their gear and head home....

so few questions...

what should i read from this? are they attracted just holding back coz we work together? the one with the BF def seems interested to me but im not sure if she is just really confident....

now i have another work night out next week where i wanna close on one of them...is it worth it, will they bail coz its too close to home with us working together etc.

what signs should i keep an eye out for and how should i close the deal with them...im thinking i have to get them away from the rest of our workmates...then play it from there.

suggestions please????
