Hi guys I'm completely new to "Gaming" I can barely speak to girls and I'm trying to become more confident around them I'm pretty much have the mindset of a typical AFC which I want to change any help?

Definitely work on your inner game.

Tony Robbin's book: Awaken the Giant Within is a good start.

The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida is also a good start.
