Hey guys. Just recently turned 18 living in SE Asia and immersed in the big international community here.

I've always considered myself what the PUA community would describe as a beta or an AFC. I'm not the best looking, appealing, confident nor sociable guy out there. However, despite being what I am and what I see myself as, I've done fairly well compared to the circles I hang out with (the many private international schools here). I've done better than most of my peers in terms of closing, kiss, number close and what have you. I've had sex with several girls, which isn't such a big deal in this community, but considering the conservative environment of the country I live in and the SPAM of the private schools here) it is a feat where only a minority have accomplished.

The reason why I am here is because for every close, I always consider one or two external possibilities that allowed me to do it, i.e. she walked up to me first, she saw me talking to another girl, she may have had a drink or two before meeting me, etc. Point is, I can never give myself credit for what I've accomplished so far, which causes me to doubt myself constantly and always suffer from AA. I constantly discredit myself which causes me to become inconsistent, and that's why I dub myself as a guy with little or no game.

I'm very interested in learning how to overcome this lack of general confidence and anxiety, and consistently pick-up knowing I was the major contributing factor to the end result.

If anyone could recommend to me where I could first get started or share personal knowledge on how to overcome AA and low-self esteem. that would be a great help.

It's in your own mind. STOP IT! You formed this habit of telling yourself these things and you can undo it. Each morning for the next 30 days you need to wake up and give yourself 3 specific compliments to the game.

somebody's getting cranky;) hehe. for real, it is a good tip, though. over time you, after forcing yourself to acknowledge the shear fact that you ARE awesome will notice women respond to that. some days i just stand in front of the mirror for fun and think to myself about all the successes i had. mixing those thoughts with the image in front of who i see in the mirror, really helps building up this solid belief that I AM that sort of guy.
