This completely new to me so apologies for all the questions and shit I'm gonna lay on you.

Recently I've had a bit of self realisation, I'm 21 and good looking. I've had women in the past and I'm certain there'll be some in the future too. My skills, nerves, anxiety, whatever you want to call it, leave much to be desired.

My big problem is that I have always been labelled the 'nice guy' or been told I'm 'too nice' which is the most confusing (and shitty) thing to hear. My realisation is that my politeness and ability to listen to other people has clouded my judgement of what I want. This politeness leads to, the girls I actually want to sleep with, friend zoning me HARD. Can't begin to count the number of girl mates I have that enjoy being just boring mates. This softness and need to please others, I think stems from the fact I was brought up in a religious family with a dad who's a priest, so morality has always put a barrier up for me as well. The more I've failed, the more I've realised that I'm not what women want, the way I am. To progress into adult life I need to be able to smoothly convey wit (which I lack hugely), charm, and an edginess that provokes sexual tension between me and the girl before I feel comfortable eventually finding someone who I feel I can take care of. Before that though I want to have fun!

I found myself in a simmilar position to you not too long ago, i read everythinng i could, i became a memeber of many forums, i watched all the videos etc. I learned theory and routines and my game increase hugely with this but i'll say this: no amount of theory will save you, put it into practice, get out and talk to women, make mistakes learn from them and adapt, i found that to be the most rewarding way to change my situation.

I think the biggest part of it for me is how I can see these techniques push boundaries in all aspects of life. Whether its business or pleasure, I believe with the right frame of mind confidence can open many doors. Its that ability to fail and pick myself up again I need to practice. I totally agree. I am an avid day trader, and I noticed with stocks... women and investing are completely related. First off, stocks are very volatile (move up and down in price throughout the day), just like women are very emotional (they have up days and down days... ALL in the same day). When I see a stock price that interests me, I have 3 seconds to make a move... otherwise the price changes and my mind starts second guessing me (it decreases, i fear bad news with the stock, it increases, i fear its too expensive now). Stocks follow economy very closely, women follow trends in society very closely. The stock market is very crooked.... WOMEN are very crooked. The price of gold to silver is HISTORICALLY overvalued..... women overvalue the hell out of jewelry. Do you see where I am going here? LOL

Ultimately this is it what comes down to. Most of us are on this site because we want this part of our life handled. But deep down, we just want OUR LIVES handled.
