Hey guys,

I'm new to the forum - big fan of it though.

Basically i started texting this girl HB7 and i should have met up with her sooner but we havent although we've sorted out when we're meeting. Even though she's texting me back and quick I feel our interests in eachother are fading - well mine is anyway. What shall i do - i know ive got her in the bag?

Also, for me its not a date its a chance to get to know her as i may not be intereted in her and possibly be doing the rejection. But I like texting girls and she's the only one im texting SPAM. We have a week before we see eachother - should i text her much before i see her or not? I don't want to do too much small talk because i'd rather use it to fill any dead silences when i see her?

I'm not going to advise you on this one because what you are doing has worked so far. I don't know anything about this girl either.

The thing is, by asking our opinion you are delegating the responsibility of making your own choice. I completely understand where you're coming from wanting to learn from people who have experience but thinking for yourself is an attractive quality.

If you are talking to her even though you don't want to she is leading the interaction. If you text her something along the lines of "I'm busy this week, I can't text as often as you'd like, I'm still down for this weekend" What's the worst that could happen? If anything it might build her attraction to you.

Usually what I do is simply tell them "I have to go. I'll ttyl"

Learn to be your own man though. All the pick up lines and tactics in the world are nothing compared to simply being a confident, self directed man.
