The PUA concept has opened my heart and mind to a whole new world of possibilities. A bit about myself:

I'm progressing out of my timid, introverted shell. I began working out in earnest a year-and-a-half ago and have since gained more confidence from the results to be more outgoing and sociable.

Now for me, this is the next step to improve my life. Thank you, PUA Forum, for being here when I am searching.
