So I suck at picking up woman. I have the worst approach anxiety coupled with no game. Most of the women ive been with have first approched me or were introduced to me some how. I know terrible, recently I met this women who I really liked ( her friend approached me and told me to go talk to her) and after a few dates I goofed it up, I think by being needy. I was just laid off some im kinda bored.

Looking to bring my game up to par with the help of this site.

Welcome to the forum! If you want to get over your anxiety, IMO the best way is to just approach as many women as possible. There's a thread here for beginners which basically says to go to the mall or somewhere with a lot of people and just say hello or hi to every girl you pass. Don't worry what so ever if you don't get a response. Some may even start having a conversation with you though. If you mess up, who cares, you'll never see them again (easier said then done, I know). Just keep working at it and keep us posted what you find works best for you.
