My advice to starting would be to focus on yourself first! Start taking more care of your appearance. First impressions really do count, and you are not judged on what you say! First thing that anyone sees is you and the clothes you are wearing! Start with this, maybe a new style could be needed, or maybe a new haircut. The best thing is that you will feel better the more attention you give yourself! A new look can really help well for confidence and gives you a natural glow.

The second thing i would suggest is to sign up to a gym or commit yourself to at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week, it is so cliched but a healthy body equals a healthy mind. Fact! Plus girls are just as shallow as guys and like a man who is in shape physically.

My final bit of advice would be to get yourself out as much as possible, the best way to improve on your social skills is to be active and talk to people. Dont just approach girls thinking i want to get sex out of this, just chat to a few people male and female and slowly but surely confidence in talking to new people will grow which is when you can more on to gaming people properly!
