Hi everyone, I am completely new to all this. I have read a few things here and there but I really need some help getting started. I have extreme Approach anxiety. I consider myself an above average looking guy and lately I have been noticing alot of looks and girls I knew from the past straight up asking for my number. I want to be able to approach a girl and start a conversation. I havent found openers I am comfortable with. And even when I do I don't know how to keep that conversation going. I would be happy if I could have a 5 minute conversation with a girl I approach or keeping a conversation interesting with the girls I already know. Any help on where to start would greatly be appreciated.

I would highly recommend checking out the "newbie mission" in the general question section .

While I personally don't have much of an issue with AA (especially when drunk hehe..) this helped me a ton .
