Hey guys, I see that is a really nice forum and alot of info about improving, but I wanna know from where to start, I have problems with aproaching, what to say next, keeping women or friends interesting, confindence and shyness, so if you guys can let me know where to start that would be perfect, im also trying to act like Tyler Durden from fight club, i just want that confidence and 0% of shyness, because i get scared to do things i just wanna be more free in all ways, btw my name is John from PR, let me know... :wink:
