I am a 21 year old sarger from St. Louis. Having just finished reading The Game, it has given me more motivation to go out into the field and try it out.

My biggest problem while in field are opening sets of 3 or more with more than 1 AMOG. Having just turned 21, the only clubs I was able to get in to were target-poor 18 and up clubs with about a 4:1 guy to girl ratio. What would be the best way to disarm them?

Any advice would be awesome!

There might always be AMOG's in different sets but it shouldn't stop you from opening them. You need to be an Alpha male yourself, be bold and confident, these are two traits that attract people and help you hold centre stage. It is easy to fall out of the situations and become uninvolved but if you stay focused then you can keep the attention on yourself.

Your out doing your thing meeting people, socializing and interacting. So when you open a set with an AMOG talk to him a bit, make him feel comfortable with your presence, greet him with a strong, positive handshake. A handshake is important to make introduce yourself to a set as it shows "I'm not a threat" making you acceptable. For females it is the first opportunity to break the touch barrier.

Make sure you speak up so that everyone in the set can hear you, I would suggest chatting with the group, then have a quick chat with the AMOG personally this will reassure him that your a nice guy and to establish a good rapport, before continuing to chat with the group.

Within moments an opportunity with your target will arise. Then depending on the situation at present you could either chat to her in front of the group but one to one, or you could isolate her and move to a different location.
